Participative process
The principal stages are presented in a practical logic of application knowing that the various stages are closely interdependent. We count practically five principal stages of the participative process:
- Stage I: Recognition of the medium
- Stage II: Participative planning
- Stage III: Organization of the population
- Stage IV: Participative programming
- Stage V: Implementation and follow-up-evaluation
